We like to put in dry rock rivers or ponds to disperse your downspout water throughout your landscape. At times we have used these to manage too much water – adding extra pockets of deep gravel to really soak the water in – to prevent icy sidewalks in winter and rainwater overflows in summer. We use all types of rock, from the classic round river rock to blocky bronze boulders and slabs of flagstone for waterfalls when levels of the river change. We like to make rock rivers that are natural art.
